Thank you for considering Christina’s Wedding & Event Planning! My goal is to make booking as smooth, friendly, and stress-free as your entire planning experience.
Not a fan of phone or video calls? No worries—I’m happy to do everything by email if that’s best for you. Your comfort and convenience come first!

How to Book

  1. Visit the Wedding Services & Packages page to view all planning options & detailed pricing.
  2. Fill out the inquiry form or email me at christina@chrizzyplans.com with your event details.
  3. Let’s book your FREE consultation (phone, Zoom, or email—whatever you prefer)—we’ll chat about your vision and needs, and I’ll walk you through the best-fit options.
  4. Love what you hear? I’ll send a proposal, contract, and deposit info. A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed agreement reserves your date.
  5. We start planning! You’ll receive access to my client portal, timelines, and custom planning tools after your booking is complete.

Policies & Important Notes

  • Retainer & Payments: 50% retainer due at booking. Balance due ahead of the event.
  • Travel & Accommodation: Travel, mileage, parking, and hotel (if required) are quoted up front for events outside my home area.
  • Customization: All packages can be tailored to your guest count, venue, and style.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Please review contract terms at booking for specifics.
  • Exclusive Planning Tools: Access granted after deposit received.
  • Communication: Phone, Zoom, email—your choice! If you’d like to handle all planning by email, that’s absolutely fine; just let me know.
  • Ready to Plan? Schedule a free consultation or book a 60-Minute Wedding Strategy Call ($197)—credited toward full planning if you book!
