Weddings
Day-Of vs Three-Month Coordination?
Day-Of starts 4–6 weeks out (timeline, vendor checks, rehearsal). Three-Month adds earlier onboarding, more hands-on prep, and vendor/floor plan refinement.
Full-Service planning?
Absolutely—vision, budget, design board, vendor sourcing, and coordination from “yes!” to “I do.” Request a custom proposal.
Do you work with any wedding style?
Modern, rustic, luxury, classic, minimalist, romantic—you name it! The focus is a seamless, stress-free, personal day.
Support for LGBTQ+ and diverse traditions?
100%. Love is love here! I champion multicultural, blended, and accessible weddings—tell me what matters most to you.
Do you run rehearsals?
Yes—rehearsal support is included with most packages. I’ll lead the run-through so you and your wedding party feel calm and ready.
Logistics
How many hours on the day?
Most packages include 10–12 hours on-site. Custom timelines for multi-location or unique events.
Do you travel?
Yes—anywhere in Ontario or select destinations. For a custom quote, email your date & venue.
Are vendor tips included?
Tips are not included—couples pay vendors directly, but I’ll happily advise on norms for your lineup.
What’s your response time?
Same-day replies—your questions matter! If I’m at an event, you’ll receive an acknowledgement right away and a complete reply by the next day.
How often will we meet?
It depends on your package, but typically monthly, with extra check-ins as the wedding approaches—plus unlimited email support.
Do you offer décor rentals or styling?
I offer styling with all packages and coordinate rentals from trusted local vendors. Custom décor add-ons available, just ask!
When do we get our day-of timeline?
You’ll receive a draft 4–6 weeks before the wedding and a final version 1–2 weeks out—ensuring every detail is clear for you and your vendors.
Can we do everything by email if we don’t like calls or video meetings?
Absolutely! I understand not everyone loves calls or video chats. I happily work 100% by email if that’s your preference, offering the same detailed support, timely responses, and care—no phone or Zoom required. Just mention your preference when you reach out!

What are DIY Packages?
Digital planning kits offering timelines, budget tools, and checklists—perfect for couples planning solo but wanting expert resources.
How do I receive my DIY kit?
After e-transfer payment, you’ll get a download link by email plus a “how to use” guide PDF—within 12 hours or less!
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! Upgrade to coordination within 30 days and your DIY kit fee applies toward your planning package.

Is there an intake form?
Yes! After our initial chat, I’ll send you a personalized intake form so you can share your vision and priorities (form link sent privately, same-day follow-up).

Payment terms?
50% retainer secures your date; balance before the event. Payment plans available.
Are contracts required?
Yes—simple, clear contracts for peace of mind: services, timeline, policies, all outlined for you.
What is an SOS Wedding Strategy Call?
A single 60-minute advice call for urgent planning help. Timeline review, Q&A, and a step-by-step action plan. $197 fee credits toward a coordination package if you book within 7 days.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Retainers are non-refundable but can be moved to a new date (if available). If details change, we’ll update your agreement together.
