Wedding support that actually feels like support

You do not need someone to force your wedding into a standard template. You need someone who can understand what matters to you, organize the moving pieces, and help the day feel calm, intentional, and true to your relationship.

Whether you are planning a small ceremony on a dock, a backyard celebration, a cottage wedding, or a non-traditional day that does not fit the usual wedding script, the goal is the same: clear planning, thoughtful support, and a wedding that still feels like you.

Why three months minimum?

True coordination does not begin on the wedding day. It begins with understanding your plans, reviewing what has already been booked, building a real timeline, checking the details, communicating with vendors, and making sure nothing important is being missed.

A rushed “day-of only” approach may sound simple, but it often leaves too much room for stress. Three months gives your wedding the attention it deserves.

Built for the weddings that do not follow the usual script

I work especially well with couples who want a wedding that feels meaningful, personal, and relaxed without becoming disorganized.

Micro weddings

Smaller does not always mean easier. With fewer guests, every detail becomes more noticeable, and the day still needs structure.

Cottage and lakeside weddings

Beautiful settings come with real logistics: weather plans, rentals, access, parking, vendor timing, and property layout.

Non-traditional celebrations

Second weddings, weekday weddings, courthouse-plus-dinner celebrations, vow renewals, and days that skip what does not feel right.

2SLGBTQ+ couples

Affirming support from the first inquiry, with no assumptions about your relationship, your ceremony, or what your wedding should look like.

Rooted in Muskoka and Simcoe County

I support weddings across cottage country and central Ontario, including:

Muskoka: Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Port Carling, Rosseau, Bala, Kilworthy
Simcoe County: Orillia, Barrie, Midland, Collingwood, Penetanguishene, Wasaga Beach
The lakes: Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph, Lake Couchiching, Sparrow Lake, Georgian Bay

Couples travelling north from Toronto, the GTA, or out of province are warmly welcomed. Cottage country weddings can be beautiful, but they need realistic planning, local awareness, and strong logistics.

Other ways to work together

For couples who need focused support instead of a full coordination package.

FAQ

How early should we book?

The earlier the better, especially for May through October weddings. I take on a limited number of weddings so each couple receives real attention.

What is the minimum lead time?

Three months. This allows enough time to review your plans, build a proper timeline, communicate with vendors, and support the final stretch with care.

Do you offer day-of coordination?

I offer three-month coordination, not true “day-of only” coordination. A successful wedding day depends on preparation before the day itself.

What areas do you serve?

I focus on Muskoka, Simcoe County, and cottage country, including Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Orillia, Barrie, Midland, Collingwood, and surrounding areas.

Do you work with couples travelling from Toronto or the GTA?

Yes. Many cottage country weddings involve couples travelling north, and I can help with the planning realities that come with destination-style weddings in Ontario.

Do you support non-traditional and 2SLGBTQ+ weddings?

Absolutely. Inclusive, intentional, and non-traditional celebrations are central to the work I do.

Let’s talk about your wedding.

Tell me where you are in the planning process, what kind of day you are creating, and what would help you feel more supported.
