You don’t need someone to force your wedding into a standard template — you need someone who understands what matters to you, organizes the moving pieces, and helps the day feel calm and true to your relationship. Here’s how that support works.

Wedding Packages

Choose your support window

Every couple starts at a different stage — these three packages are built around how much structure and guidance you need before the wedding day.

If you’ve mostly planned it

3-Month Coordination

Starting at $1,800 CAD

For couples who have planned most of their wedding and want professional support through the final stretch and wedding day.

  • Final planning review & timeline build
  • Vendor communication support
  • Logistics & final detail check-in
  • Full day-of coordination
Best for couples with the main pieces booked who want calm, capable support before and during the day.
If you want support from early on

12-Month Planning

Starting at $5,400 CAD

For couples who want a planning partner involved much earlier in the process.

  • Long-term planning structure
  • Support with priorities, vendors & decisions
  • Budget & logistics guidance
  • Full coordination through the wedding day
Best for couples who want a steady planning partner from the big picture through the final details.

All packages are starting points. Final quotes are customized based on guest count, location, scope, travel and wedding complexity.

Why Three Months, Minimum

Coordination doesn’t start on the wedding day

Real coordination means understanding your plans, reviewing what’s already booked, building a working timeline, communicating with vendors, and catching the details that get missed when no one’s looking for them. Three months is the time it takes to do that properly — which is why a rushed “day-of only” booking isn’t something I offer.

Frequently Asked

A few common questions

How early should we book?

The earlier the better, especially for May–October weddings. I take on a limited number of weddings each year so every couple gets real attention.

What’s the minimum lead time?

Three months. That’s enough time to review your plans, build a proper timeline, and support the final stretch with care. Reach out if your timeline is shorter — occasionally I can still help.

Do you offer day-of coordination?

I offer three-month coordination rather than true “day-of only” support — a successful wedding day depends on preparation beforehand.

What areas do you serve?

Muskoka, Simcoe County and cottage country, including Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville, Orillia, Barrie, Midland, Collingwood and surrounding areas.

Do you work with couples from Toronto or the GTA?

Yes — many cottage country weddings involve couples travelling north, and I help with the planning realities that come with it.

Do you work with traditional, non-traditional and LGBTQ+ weddings?

Absolutely. Traditional, non-traditional, micro, cottage and LGBTQ+ weddings are all welcome — the common thread is thoughtful, personal planning.
